Jason is an ordained minister serving the local Church for more than 25 years. He graduated from Carson Newman University (2000) and Asbury Theological Seminary (2012) with the desire to plant churches that will one day plant other churches. His background in both ministry and acting creates in him a desire to utilize both gift sets to help advance the Kingdom of God and support the communities in which he lives and ministers. He loves spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their children, ages 7 and 8. Jason is also a professional working actor with experience in voice acting, on-camera tv shows/commercials, and stage productions. In addition, he enjoys watching movies, Kentucky basketball (Sorry, IU fans), and playing pickleball. "Brooke and I look forward to meeting you! Joslin graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Community Development and a minor in Worship Studies. While at IWU, she met her husband, Josiah, and they now live in Indianapolis. Joslin also works as a concierge at a law firm in downtown Indy and loves being around people, making them feel welcomed, and bringing light into the lives of others. “I am so excited to be a part of KidCity and to pour into the lives of our kids. I believe God works through children to teach us, shape us, and help us grow. Our hope is for KidCity to be a safe, welcoming, and Jesus-centered space where kids can learn about the Bible and begin developing a relationship with the Lord early in life. And who knows? Rachael is our awesome Ki4th 7 5th grade (Scrappers) Director. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015 with a major in Sports Ministry. She met her husband at Indiana Wesleyan, and they have been married since 2013. Her husband, Zech, was a Sports Management major—and they have a heart for sports and its place in outreach ministry. Rachael is a homeschool teacher and voice actor, and she loves spending time at home with her family. She has a love for puzzles, British television, and writing poetry in her free time. But more than anything—she loves being outside playing sports and games with her husband and son. Rachael has a heart for children, and is committed to bringing the Gospel to young children. She has a firm belief that children should be equipped with the Gospel at a young age—for their witness and testimony can transform families from the bottom up. “I look forward to being a part of City Church’s team and their mission in Greenfield. Brooke Leadingham is our amazing Family Ministry Director. She brings joy and energy to our Kid City Ministry and reaches out to all the kids and parents in our community. As the wife of our Lead Pastor, Jason, and a mom of two, she knows a lot about family life. Brooke uses her experiences as a mom and her understanding of the Bible to help parents in practical ways. "Our Kid City Ministry is a warm, friendly place for kids and their parents. My goal is to help parents with the big job of raising their kids in a faith-filled home. While I support Jason in leading our church, I also want to be a real-life support for every family in their faith journey." Matthew is an Ordained Minister serving in the Wesleyan Church since graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2011. He has a passion for seeing young people embrace callings God has placed on their lives.  Matthew is a gamer, both video and board, and has a love of movies. His interests include Lord of the Rings, Batman, and Star Wars. Matthew is an avid baseball fan and you can find him rooting for the Cincinnati Reds all year long. He also enjoys Indianapolis Colts football and Ohio State College football.  "I cannot wait to meet you and help you in your journey with Jesus!
