Jason is an ordained minister serving the local Church for more than 25 years. He graduated from Carson Newman University (2000) and Asbury Theological Seminary (2012) with the desire to plant churches that will one day plant other churches. His background in both ministry and acting creates in him a desire to utilize both gift sets to help advance the Kingdom of God and support the communities in which he lives and ministers. He loves spending time with his wife, Brooke, and their children, ages 5 and 6. Jason is also a professional working actor with experience in voice acting, on-camera tv shows/commercials, and stage productions. In addition, he enjoys watching movies, Kentucky basketball (Sorry, IU fans), and playing pickleball. "Brooke and I look forward to meeting you! Brooke Leadingham is our amazing Family Ministry Director. She brings joy and energy to our Kid City Ministry and reaches out to all the kids and parents in our community. As the wife of our Lead Pastor, Jason, and a mom of two, she knows a lot about family life. Brooke uses her experiences as a mom and her understanding of the Bible to help parents in practical ways. "Our Kid City Ministry is a warm, friendly place for kids and their parents. My goal is to help parents with the big job of raising their kids in a faith-filled home. While I support Jason in leading our church, I also want to be a real-life support for every family in their faith journey." John and Shanda have been in ministry for 40 years as a pastor, missionary, and administrator. John has a bachelor’s degree in Bible for God’s Bible School and College (1984) and a Masters Degree in Christian Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University (1994). John and Shanda have pastored churches in Kentucky and Florida and served for 12 years as missionaries in the Czech Republic. John has served the Wesleyan Church as the director of the Jesus Film Partnership, which has planted over 800 churches during his tenure (2011 – Present). John’s heart for missions drives him to see the kingdom advanced through the ministries of the local church. His desire is to see the local church fully engaged in the fulfillment of the Great Commission through giving, going, and prayer support. John and Shanda have three children and three grandchildren. Shanda is a registered nurse and has worked many years in the field of asthma and allergies. John has a passion for woodworking and loves to create custom pieces. Rachael is our awesome Kid City Director. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2015 with a major in Sports Ministry. She met her husband at Indiana Wesleyan, and they have been married since 2013. Her husband, Zech, was a Sports Management major—and they have a heart for sports and its place in outreach ministry. Rachael is a homeschool teacher and voice actor, and she loves spending time at home with her family. She has a love for puzzles, British television, and writing poetry in her free time. But more than anything—she loves being outside playing sports and games with her husband and son. Rachael has a heart for children, and is committed to bringing the Gospel to young children. She has a firm belief that children should be equipped with the Gospel at a young age—for their witness and testimony can transform families from the bottom up. “I look forward to being a part of City Church’s team and their mission in Greenfield. Josiah is our student and connect groups pastor. He joins us from Indiana Wesleyan University where he graduated in 2023 with his wife Joslin Bradbury. Both graduated with a bachelor of science in community development with focuses in pastoral care and counselling and christian ministry. Josiah Comes with a passion for furthering the kingdom both in “traditional” church ministry and outreach ministry. Seeking to support the church in being able to support its local community and reach the most unreached. Josiah loves spending time lifting, going on walks and coffee dates with his wife who is a skilled barista herself. Being born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Josiah enjoys the winter weather and spending time in the outdoors. In addition to this, Josiah spent four seasons on the Indiana Wesleyan University football team and enjoys recreational games like pickleball and spike ball. “Joslin and I are excited to be a part of the city church team!
